  • We are NOT investment advisors or financial consultants
  • We do NOT manage, hold, or have access to your funds
  • We do NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice
  • We do NOT guarantee profits or trading results

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • You must have your own broker account

3.2 Trading Responsibilities

  • You maintain complete control of your trading account
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
  • You understand the risks involved in financial trading
  • You acknowledge that trading may result in loss of capital
  • You will only trade with funds you can afford to lose

4. Software License

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal trading purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software for illegal purposes

5. Free Trial Terms

  • 7-day free trial available for new users
  • Trial is for testing purposes only
  • We reserve the right to terminate trials at any time
  • Past trial performance does not guarantee future results
  • Only one trial per user/account

6. Payment Terms

  • Prices are listed on our website and subject to change
  • Payment must be received before software activation
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:
